It is written to discuss the historial background,theoretical status,influnce effect and the development perspective of the e-commerce platform of B2B(ECP of B2B),in order to state it's developing situation and the study of the development of the national medium-sized and small enterprises(NMSSE) in the future.B2B e-commerce which enjoys the edges of convenienc,shortcut,cost and efficiency,in the futural informatizational development of the international trade,must hold the leading role in the international trade platform.It will develop better especially in the utilization of the field and operation of the NMSSE.This thesis shows the specific influence of the import and export trade(IET) of the NMSSE from ECP of B2B,discusses the development of ECP of B2B in IET and the favourable and unfavourable factors if tne MSSE want to improve in the ECP of B2B under the business environment.It also puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for NMSSE according to above issues.My own opinion is provided to identify how can NMSSE improve the economical development in ECP of B2B,considering tne currrent economy,and to state the development of it in the futural economical development.
