Abstract With the development of tourism, as part ofthe tourism development support the hotel industry become more important. Theguarantee of hotel competitive advantage is the base condition of hotel development,good hotel service can make the development of the hotel become better andbetter .Also it can give the hotel a strong competitiveness, only by this thehotel can be invincible in the fierce market competition. According to theresearch of this topic, we combining the correlative theories and the practiceexperiences, taking Zhuhai Yuwequan yunlai inn as an example and making a briefanalysis of the present hotel concierge service situation and existing problems,then we give a solution to it; meanwhile according to the research of hotelconcierge service we can know more deeper about the role and position that theconcierge service stands in hotel management and improve the overall impressionof the hotel.
