整个句子的时态都要一致啊，前面用的都是一般现在时，后面的被动也用一般现在时，所以用is finished

i was finish 应该是不对的。 i was finished..过去时，之前完成 什么什么....比如 I send out the email before i was finished it. .我还没写完，就把邮件给发送了。 i am finished....现在时，也可做词组单独使用。意思是，我干完了....比如 i am finished with my homework. 我把我的作业做完了。
